Gregory J. Esq. Ryan is managing partner in the New York City law firm of Tesser, Ryan, & Rochman, LLP. His law practice is concentrated in the representation of entrepreneurial and domestic businesses and professional practices.
Mr. Ryan represents a wide range of business enterprises in diverse industries. In his capacity as legal counsel to corporate clients, Mr. Ryan provides practical advice and assistance on a wide range of issues, ranging from corporate and transactional matters to the daily issues faced by business today, including dispute resolution, real estate, intellectual property protection, contract negotiations and employment matters.
Mr. Ryan is an honor’s graduate of Fordham University and the Fordham University School of Law. Prior to his association with Tesser, Ryan, & Rochman, LLP he served a judicial internship with the Hon. Frederic B. Lacey, United States District Judge in New Jersey.
Mr. Ryan has lectured for the New York State Bar Association on the topic of professional limited liability companies. He also served as chair of the Business Law program for the National Law Day Program sponsored by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He also has lectured on conducting business in the United States for the New York City Chamber of Commerce and hosted workshops on starting a business for the National Innovation Workshop sponsored by the United States Department of Energy in coordination with the New York City Partnership. He also has co-authored many articles on topics related to doing business in the international community.
Mr. Ryan was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He served as a member of the Board of Advisors, Fordham University, College at Lincoln Center.
Mr. Ryan is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey and admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of both states.
