Randall Tesser to Moderate State Bar Ethics Panel

On June 4, 2025, TRR associate, Randy Tesser will be serving as moderator for “Making Money Ethically as Neutral”, a panel discussion organized by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).

The Ethics Committee of NYSBA’s Dispute Resolution Section is hosting the event in collaboration with the American Arbitration Association, to help current and aspiring ADR practitioners to build lucrative, ethical, and successful practices. This discussion will include topics such as advertising, establishing a reputation, retaining repeat customers, choosing a business structure, and the ethical issues that accompany these endeavors.

Speaking on the panel will be Reginald Holmes of The Holmes Law Firm, Jennifer Lupo of Lupo Law, Arbitration and Mediation PLLC, Noah Hanft of AcumenADR, and Jeffrey Zaino of the American Arbitration Association.

Randy co-chairs the Dispute Resolution Section’s Ethics Committee with Kaylin Whittingham of Whittingham Law, who is also co-moderating this event.

Refreshments and wine will be served during a networking reception to follow the informational panel.

The event is free for NYSBA members and $25.00 for non-members. Registration details and more information about the event can be found here: https://nysba.org/events/making-money-ethically-as-a-neutral/
