Bar Association Releases CLE Program Chaired by Randall Tesser
The New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA) has released a continuing legal education (CLE) program entitled, Lawyering in the Modern Age. Tesser Ryan associate Randall Tesser was the chair of the program and also one of its speakers.
The program covers topics such as cybersecurity and AI, virtual advocacy in the courtroom and at depositions, modern persuasive legal writing, marketing, and much more.
Tesser was joined in this program by a panel of esteemed faculty:

This program satisfies the CLE requirement of the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department for reinstatements of attorneys who were suspended for 6 months or less (22 NYCRR § 806.16(b)(5)), or who were suspended for failure to comply with statutory registration requirements (22 NYCRR § 806.16(c)(5)).
