Partner Lew Tesser recently published an article, “In Defense of Lawyers,” in the Saturday Evening Post. In his article, Tesser dispels the myth of the self-interested, unethical lawyer. He examines the reality of the legal profession, its impact on society, and the danger of discounting lawyers and the law.

The Saturday Evening Post was first issued in 1821; it is famous for its quality pieces on a variety of topics and for, among other things, popularizing Norman Rockwell.
